RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At SHAWA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Email-shawa@trinlo.sk Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping, including both EU and non-EU countries.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the
checkout process.
Enjoy Free Ground Shipping on all orders in Slovakia and all orders over 99 Euro. Ground Shipping cost is 15 Euro for EU countries and 30 Euro for NonEU. Delivery times vary depending on destination and stock availability. Orders are usually delivered within 2-7 days after purchase.
