At SHAWA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at Email: shawa@trinlo.sk

 Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
